How old does my child have to be to attend camp?
  • Must be 10 years old to stay overnight for all 14, 21, or 30 day camp.
  • Must be 9 years old to stay over for 5 day camps.
What if I don’t think my child is ready to stay overnight at The Farm?
You are allowed to stay at a hotel if you do not want your child to stay overnight at the farm.
Where will my child sleep?

Kids do not have individual bedrooms. We have a large bunk house that have bunkbeds in each unit. The Bunk house holds between 140-153 wrestlers in each unit.

What will my child eat?

We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner each day for campers. We also have a camp store that provides hot meal options in the evening for “second dinner” as well as snacks. These are at an additional fee.

What if my child has a food allergy?
We can accommodate most food allergies and sensitivities. Please fill out the proper information on the registration.
What if my schedule/flight schedule doesn’t allow me to get my child to camp at checkin?
What if they need another night? Can I drop them off early?
  • It is possible to come the day before IF we have camp going on and ONLY if it gets approved by Coleman. This is subject to availability and space. Coleman at [email protected]
    COST – $125 per day
  • There is a 1 hour window for all camp check-ins/check-outs. YOU CANNOT SHOW UP EARLY OR LATE WITHOUT PERMISSION! There may not be any staff on site if you do. Please make the proper arrangements.
What if I’m not flying with my child? How will they get to The Farm from the airport
  • Airport pick-up is provided to and from the Stillwater airport only. The fee is $50 round trip. This fee needs to be paid in cash to the driver at the time of pickup.
  • Airport pick-up is also provided to and from the Oklahoma city & Tulsa airport. The fee is $100 round trip. This fee needs to be paid in cash to the driver at the time of pickup.
Where does my child shower?

We have 20 showers in the boys locker room. Showers all have privacy curtains. Coaches shower in the coaches locker room that is separate from all athletes. There is also a girls locker room and bathroom but girl campers stay at a house on-site but not connected to The Farm.

My daughter wants to attend camp but I’m worried about where she will sleep. Where do girls stay?
Girls can attend ALL camps but do not stay in boys dorms. They sleep in a house on site. It is all women and they have their own private bathrooms. Video surveillance is in place at all doors to the house and a house alarm is set each night for the safety of the campers.
Can my child wash their dirty clothing?
Yes. We do have a washer and dryer on site. It is $5 and includes detergent, wash, dry and dryer sheet. You still have to pay for the fee to use the washer even if you bring your own products. The lines to do laundry are long so teach your child not to wait until they have no clean clothing to sign up to do laundry.
What can I do to help with noise and help keep my child cool at night?
You are allowed to bring a small fan. Larger fans are not permitted as they will blow breakers and could disturb other campers. The dorms have air conditioning.

Is my child allowed to bring any type of electronic device? How can I communicate with them
Kids are allowed to bring and use their phone. Try to learn the daily schedule and call them during downtime.
Your building is located in the country. Does it have WiFi?
Yes. Our wrestling facility does have WiFi. With so many devices logged into one system, we occasionally have an outage or 2 but we have technicians that monitor any problems we have and it is typically not out long.
What if my child doesn’t want to only eat items in the camp store?
Kids are allowed to bring their own snacks. You are also allowed to mail food/items to 4616 west 80th, Stillwater, OK, 74074. PLEASE WRITE YOUR CHILDS NAME!
What if my child forgot something and I live too far away to drive it to them? What do I do?

What if my child gets injured or sick?
  • There is no doctor or trainer on site. Our staff is knowledgable about injuries and available to talk to the child or parent about what action to take. Our staff can take the wrestler to Dr/ER at the discretion of the parent. Written permission is needed before staff can drive the child off site. We do provide a P.A. that visits weekly that campers can schedule a meeting with to have ailments other concerns looked at. They can also write prescriptions.
  • If your child needs over-the-counter medicine, we can provide it to them with written consent from a parent or guardian each day.
What should I pack?
Kids workout 4xs per day. Younger kids do not sweat or shower as much as older kids. Older kids go through a lot more clothes than the younger kids. Use your judgement as you know your child the best. Remember, we do have a washer and dryer available.
Does my child have to shower?

All kids must shower at the end of each day! There are private stalls for each child.

How much should I give my child for the camp store?

A typical amount is around $100 per week. You can get any money back that your child doesn’t spend. We keep their cash for them in the camp store like a bank so that they do not lose money or get it stolen. Kids always have the option to hold their money to but we are not responsible if it is lost. You can also Venmo the camp store and add money during the week if you would like.

Where can I get The Farm Gear?

There will be gear for purchase from an outside vendor. Typically, gear is set up for sale Monday mornings at check-in and Thursday evenings after dinner but this can vary. You can also pre-order gear from a link provided in an email before camp at a later date.

What happens if my child’s item is lost or left behind at camp?
It is HIGHLY recommended that the child’s last name should be written on all clothing items or personal belongings. The amount of clothing that gets donated to Goodwill is extremely high due to kids misplacing their items. We will not ship out items.
What if my child needs to take a medication or needs medicine at camp?
You may give medicine to a staff member at checkin in a bag with their name and when the medicine needs administered. Staff is able to help with medicine and will remind the child they need to take it. Camp staff cannot administer shots of any kind to a camper. We have over the counter medicine on hand and available for campers. Camp staff cannot provide children with any medication without daily written consent from a parent.
Where do I sleep if I attend the father son camp?
  • Father and son both stay overnight at the farm together in the bunkhouse
  • You are allowed to stay at hotel if you do not want to stay over at ranch
