14-Day Camp:
This camp focuses on sharpening your neutral wrestling skills over two intense weeks. Campers will train daily with The Farm coaching staff and top guest coaches from around the country. Sessions are designed to improve technical ability, endurance, and mental toughness.

6:30–8:00 PM — Wrestling Session: Skill & Drill

9:30–11:00 AM — Wrestling Session: Skill & Drill
11:30 AM — Lunch
2:30–4:00 PM — Wrestling Session: Skill & Drill
4:30 PM — Dinner
5:45–6:45 PM — Quiet Time / Recovery
7:00–8:30 PM — Live Matches (Bring singlet)
9:15 PM — Motivational Talk
10:00 PM — Lights Out

Please label all personal items. Any unclaimed items at the end of camp will be donated to Goodwill — we will not mail items back.

🍽 Meals & Camp Store
Campers receive 3 meals per day. The camp store offers snacks, drinks, and extras for purchase.
Recommended spending money: ~$100 per week
Unused funds will be returned.
