Team Registration Process

Complete guide for coaches to register teams and manage camp participants

REGISTER TEAM

Go to Team Registration Form

Fill in Coach Information

  • Name, Email, Phone
  • Select Overnight or Commuter status

Fill in Team Information

  • Team Name
  • School or Organization
  • Select Camp from dropdown list
  • Number of wrestlers expected to register for the camp

Complete Payment

Follow the payment process to finalize your team registration.

SETUP ONLINE PROFILE

  • You will receive an email with username and link to setup password
  • Click link from email and it will open up a browser page to create profile
  • Add a password and create your Coach’s profile
You may need to check your spam and/or junk folder for the email

COACHES DASHBOARD

Go to Coach Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

  • View your team overview and registration progress
  • Access link to share with camp participants/parent/guardian to register each camper
  • Access link to share with Assistant coaches for coach registration

Bulk Upload

  • Click on Expand next to Bulk Upload to see the steps to upload a team file

Monitor & Manage

  • Check your Coaches Dashboard frequently to confirm which campers and coaches have registered
  • Review and edit the number of expected registrations to get an accurate count for planning purposes
  • Review the Team Roster to identify coaches and wrestlers who have registered
  • Export the report as a CSV file

INDIVIDUAL CAMPER OR COACH REGISTRATION

Wrestler Registration

Copy link for Wrestler Registration and send to campers/parents/guardians. Ask them to complete camp registration for each camper.

Coach Registration

Copy link for Assistant Coach Registration and send to each coach. Ask them to register their information.

Inform recipients that they may need to check their spam folder or junk folder for the registration email.
