1. About Our Services

The Farm Wrestling provides wrestling training programs, camps, clinics, and related athletic services (“Services”). We may also offer registration, scheduling, and communication tools through our website and third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

By registering for any of our programs, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor.

3. Payments and Refunds

Fees for programs and events are listed at the time of registration. All payments are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase or on the specific program registration page.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Participation in wrestling and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By registering for our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. A separate waiver and release form may be required prior to participation.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from The Farm Wrestling, you agree to the following terms regarding our SMS messaging program:

Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our registration forms, website, or other intake methods, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from The Farm Wrestling. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of Messages: Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment and schedule reminders
  • Camp and program updates
  • Event notifications
  • Occasional promotional offers

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our programs and services. You may receive multiple messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Farm Wrestling is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Carriers Supported: Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely by The Farm Wrestling for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: The Farm Wrestling and mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our SMS program.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS messaging program. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and opt in on your behalf.
