Frequently asked questions

Can I add protection after I’ve already registered?
No. Peace of Mind Protection must be selected at the time of registration during checkout.
It cannot be added to an existing registration.

Do I need documentation to make a claim?
Yes. We’ll ask for reasonable supporting documentation for the covered event — for example,
a note from a physician for illness or injury, or relevant documentation for other qualifying
events. We keep the process simple and don’t require extensive paperwork.

What if I have multiple children registered?
Protection is per camper. If you register two children, you can choose to add the plan to
one or both. Each registration is covered independently.

Is the protection fee itself refundable?
No. The protection fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. Only your camp registration
fee is refunded under covered events.

What if camp is cancelled by the organizers?
If we cancel camp for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund of your registration fee
regardless of whether you purchased protection. The plan covers situations on the camper’s
end only.

How do I submit a claim?
Contact us directly before camp begins — reach out via our contact page or email.

We’ll walk you through the process. Claims submitted after camp has started are not
eligible for a refund under this plan.

How long does the refund take?
Once your claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within

a few business days back to your original payment method.
