Camp Overview

5 Day Elite Camp:
Our Elite Camp will focus on The Farm system that has seen some of the best youth through high school wrestlers in the country pass through its doors. This includes wrestlers who have won NCAA Championships, World Championships, hundreds of State Championships and thousands of State Medals! This camp is open to all wrestlers of all ages and is designed for wrestlers that are very motivated with a high skill level. It is designed for wrestlers who want to get to the next level. This camp will include intense workouts consisting of strength sessions, intense drilling and live wrestling, with an emphasis on repetition. We will be able to assess and fine tune the skills you already possess, to improve not only your scoring ability but your mental edge as well. During the week the wrestlers will stay at the brand new wrestling facility where they will eat, sleep and breathe wrestling all week.

• 5:00–6:00 PM — Athlete Check-In (No dinner served)
• 6:30–8:00 PM — Wrestling Session: Skill & Drill

• 6:45 AM — Wake Up
• 7:00 AM — Rise & Grind Conditioning
• 8:00 AM — Breakfast
• 9:30–11:00 AM — Wrestling Session: Skill & Drill
• 11:30 AM — Lunch
• 2:30–4:00 PM — Wrestling Session: Skill & Drill
• 4:30 PM — Dinner
• 5:45–6:45 PM — Quiet Time / Recovery
• 7:00–8:30 PM — Live Matches (Bring singlet)
• 9:15 PM — Motivational Talk
• 10:00 PM — Lights Out

Saturday • Check-Out Day

• 6:45 AM — Wake Up
• 7:00 AM — Rise & Grind Conditioning

Please label all personal items. Any unclaimed items at the end of camp will be donated to Goodwill — we will not mail items back.

Meals & Camp Store

Campers receive 3 meals per day. The camp store offers snacks, drinks, and extras for purchase.

Recommended spending money: ~$100 per week
Unused funds will be returned.
